• Build and nurture a strong and engaged community around the game.
• Create engaging content for various digital platforms.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships to drive growth.
• Track and analyze key metrics to optimize growth efforts and ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Potentially lead and mentor a small team as the product scales.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technology, and the gaming industry, especially play-to-earn/GameFi models.
• Proven experience in growth marketing roles, ideally within the Web3 or gaming space.
• Demonstrated success in building and engaging online communities.
• Proficient with various social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
• Creative and proactive, with the ability to think innovatively and take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
• Collaborative team player, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Experience with influencer marketing in the gaming or crypto space.
• Familiarity with Discord, Telegram, and other Web3 community platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices for digital games.
