Together with a team of 7 developers (Lead, Medior, and Junior), you will be responsible for the continuous development of the SaaS platform. In addition to contributing to platform development, you will advise and coach your team members. This is an exciting and challenging role with plenty of dynamism and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Play a versatile role in a dynamic and innovative environment.
• Focus on the continuous development of the innovative SaaS platform and the technical challenges involved.
• Work closely with team members, architects, and product owners.
• Co-responsible for coaching and guiding medior and junior developers.
• Share your expertise, ensure code quality, and oversee project progress.
• Be a strong discussion partner for all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Relevant HBO/WO diploma, for example in (Business) Informatics.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a (Lead) .NET Developer.
• Extensive experience with the .NET ecosystem: C#, .NET Framework/Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Docker, CI/CD, and Unit Testing.
• Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to coach and guide others.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks.
