Introduction

In this role, you'll join M32 AI to spearhead the development of agent-based solutions for global businesses. You aren't just managing a backlog; you are an architect of AI workflows, working directly with the CPO to launch products from the ground up. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap, gathering user insights, and ensuring that every feature delivers tangible value in a fast-moving startup ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap for AI agent-based solutions.
• Gather user insights to inform product development.
• Ensure features deliver tangible value.
• Architect AI workflows and launch products from the ground up.
• Use SQL and design tools alongside modern AI assistants to "vibe-code" functional prototypes.
• Responsible for product marketing and screencast demos.
• Conduct deep-dive metric analysis.

Requirements

• Strong experience in product management, particularly with AI solutions.
• Ability to create functional prototypes using AI assistants (vibe-coding).
• Proficiency in SQL and design tools.
• Deep understanding of AI workflows and agents.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Asana, Notion, and Airtable ecosystem.
• Background in product marketing.
• Experience with screencast demos and metric analysis.
