As a Lead PHP Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing complex PHP-based solutions. You will lead and guide a team of talented developers, promoting best practices and ensuring technical excellence. You are not only a code guru but also a mentor and a strategic thinker. You will be hands-on in development and conduct code reviews, all while motivating and inspiring the team to adhere to the highest standards.

Design, develop, and implement complex PHP-based solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of talented developers.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PHP Developer.
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of PHP, Laravel, and/or Symfony.
Experience with microservices architectures.
Strong skills in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
