Are you ready to work on a platform used by major players in the banking world? Join a Dutch company based in Amsterdam with an informal atmosphere and a team of around 30 FTEs (developers, QA testers, product owners, and scrum masters). This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth, allowing you to develop into an Architect, Engineering Manager, or Tech Lead based on your ambitions.

The company builds essential tools for wealth managers and pension funds, providing banks with deeper insights into client positions and performance. Their platform helps process client requests efficiently, control transactions, analyze assets, and generate reports. As a Lead PHP Developer, you will be part of a 5-6 person team, including Backend and Frontend developers, QA, a Product Owner, and a Scrum Master. Responsibilities

Develop new features for the platform.
Monitor system performance and stability.
Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions.
Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth implementation of new functionalities.

Requirements

HBO/WO (Bachelor's/Master's) level of education or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a PHP Developer.
Proficiency with PHP frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
Experience with Microservices architecture.
Experience with AWS.
Communicative and a team player.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
