Lead PHP Developer (Automotive)

Responsibilities

• Dedicate 50% of your time to hands-on development of webshops and ERP systems.
• Spend the other 50% on management tasks, acting as the primary point of contact for a team of four PHP Developers.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of the team's work.
• Contribute to the further development and growth of the team.
• Work within a PHP environment, utilizing Laravel and Symfony frameworks.
• Develop with PHP8, focusing on code quality and testability.
• Play a crucial role in shaping the architecture of webshops and the ERP environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PHP Developer.
• Proven experience with Laravel or Symfony frameworks.
• Familiarity with at least one of the following: RabbitMQ, AWS, Docker.
• Experience in guiding and mentoring junior/mid-level colleagues.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English languages.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
