Introduction

Are you a Lead Developer eager to work with an IT partner dedicated to providing tailor-made solutions for non-profit and commercial organizations such as Robidus, Koninklijke Horeca Nederland, and UMC Utrecht? Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using technologies like PHP, Laravel, Symfony, MySQL, Redis, AWS, Docker, and Vue.js.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, and project managers.
• Coach and mentor junior and medior developers, ensuring code quality.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technological innovations.
• Act as a crucial link between the development team and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PHP development.
• Completed HBO/WO degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of PHP, Laravel, and/or Symfony.
• Experience with MySQL, Redis, AWS, Docker, and Vue.js.
• Strong communication skills, capable of advising and convincing both internal and external stakeholders.
• Team player with experience in coaching and mentoring junior and medior developers.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
