About the Position

Introduction

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable and robust PHP solutions.
Lead code reviews and ensure code quality.
Coach and mentor team members.
Contribute to the technical roadmap and architectural decisions.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate technical requirements into solutions.
Optimize application performance and scalability.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PHP Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Extensive knowledge of PHP frameworks, preferably Laravel.
Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis, Elasticsearch).
Solid knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js/React).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong communicative skills and a proactive attitude.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

Experience with Microservices and/or Docker.
