Responsibilities

• Lead a small, dedicated team of developers.
• Define the technical direction of the product.
• Ensure efficient development processes.
• Guarantee delivery of high-quality code.
• Design architecture.
• Conduct code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers.
• Actively contribute to the codebase.
• Serve as the point of contact for technical questions.
• Collaborate closely with product management to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Directly contribute to the scalability, performance, and user-friendliness of the platform.

Requirements

• Experience with React.js and Node.js.
• Extensive experience with SQL, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker and AWS.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures.
• Experience in a scale-up or logistics environment.
