Introduction

Are you a Fullstack JavaScript developer looking to take the step into a lead role? This scale-up, with multiple offices across Europe, is seeking a Lead Developer to strengthen their Amsterdam team. They assist companies from A-Z in transforming to a Cloud-first environment, handling consultancy, implementation, training, and support. They successfully work with large corporate clients, including well-known Dutch retailers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex front-end and back-end solutions.
• Collaborate closely with clients to translate their needs into technical specifications.
• Design software architecture and conduct code reviews.
• Share responsibility for the quality of developed software.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• Completed HBO or WO degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrable experience with React and Node.js.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure, or AWS.
• Proficient in Dutch.
• Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and a team player.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
