You will guide and mentor junior and medior developers while working with cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior and medior developers within a small, agile team.
• Develop smart and scalable integrations with other systems.
• Build custom middleware for global e-commerce and B2B clients.
• Focus primarily on backend development, with occasional frontend tasks.
• Explore and implement new technologies as needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Lead position (mentoring and guiding).
• Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A team player and a problem-solver.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
