Our client is the leading knowledge partner in financial planning and mortgage credit. They offer high-quality training and events for professionals in financial services. They are looking for an experienced professional to bring practical knowledge and experience to further develop and innovate their educational offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop new training modules and course materials.
• Update existing courses and ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Identify new trends and developments in financial services and translate them into training needs.
• Maintain contact with instructors, examination committees, and industry associations.
• Guide instructors in the execution of training programs.
• (Co-)determine the strategic direction of the educational offering.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in financial services.
• Completed HBO/WO education (Bachelor's/Master's degree), preferably in a financial field.
• Up-to-date knowledge of CFP and SEH courses and relevant laws and regulations.
• Strong didactic skills and affinity for education and development.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive attitude and a hands-on mentality.
• In possession of a CFP or SEH diploma (or willing to obtain one).
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
