As Lead Developer, you will play a crucial role in both the technical and strategic aspects of the company. You'll lead and mentor a team of talented developers, ensuring high-quality code and efficient development processes. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, translating them into robust technical architectures and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
• Collaborating with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
• Conducting code reviews, ensuring best practices and maintaining code quality.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on PHP (Laravel, Symfony) and JavaScript (React, Vue.js).
• Demonstrable experience in a lead or senior position, with a passion for mentoring and guiding team members.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex web applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
