Lead Developer for SaaS Market Leader in Automotive

They are a successful scale-up with about 100 employees, currently expanding into the Belgian and German markets. They operate with offices in the Netherlands and Belgium, focusing on creating efficient digital solutions.

Our client is a market leader in the automotive sector, with offices in the Netherlands and Belgium. They develop SaaS solutions that digitize and streamline processes, making a significant impact on their clients' business operations. As a successful scale-up with approximately 100 employees, they are actively expanding into the Belgian and soon the German market. To strengthen their team, they are looking for a Lead Developer to translate the organization's technical vision into a concrete technical roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of developers.
• Contribute to the technical strategy and architecture.
• Design, develop, and implement software solutions.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Ensure software quality through code reviews and tests.
• Optimize development processes.
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience with .NET and C#.
• Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices, Azure, and Kubernetes.
