Responsibilities

As a Lead Developer, you will play a crucial role in the further development of the online platform and app. You will work closely with an experienced architect and a team of medior/senior developers. Your focus will be on leading the team and optimizing development processes.

• Lead and guide a team of medior and junior developers.
• Optimize development processes and workflows.
• Coach and mentor medior and junior developers to foster their growth.
• Actively solve complex technical challenges and implement new functionalities.
• Collaborate directly with product owners to shape the product roadmap.
• Contribute to discussions about new technologies and their implementation to enhance the platform.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PHP developer, preferably with Laravel.
• Experience in a leadership role or the ambition to fulfill one.
• Familiarity with Vue.js or a similar JavaScript framework.
• Knowledge of MySQL and Azure is a plus.
• Proactive, strong analytical skills, and effective communication.
• A team player who can motivate and coach others.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
