Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 Developers, reporting directly to the CTO.
• Be responsible for architectural choices.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for developers.
• Play a crucial role in the entire product process, translating stakeholder visions into concrete technical solutions.
• Coach and guide Junior and Medior Developers in their technical development.

Requirements

• Experience with .NET, C#, Blazor, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Azure.
• Proven people management skills.
• Ability to make strategic technical decisions.
• A hands-on mentality is crucial.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
