As a Lead Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role within Haystack People. You will be responsible for developing and executing a powerful content strategy that aligns seamlessly with our business objectives. You have a keen eye for the latest trends and know how to translate them into distinctive content that appeals to and engages our target audience. You will be the driving force behind creating high-quality content in various forms, such as blog posts, whitepapers, social media posts, website texts, and newsletters. Furthermore, you will lead an enthusiastic content team and ensure they can utilize their talents optimally. You will coach, motivate, and inspire them to achieve the best results together.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated content strategy.
• Create diverse content (blog posts, whitepapers, social media posts, website texts, and newsletters).
• Lead and inspire the content team.
• Analyze content performance and optimize the strategy based on data.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to achieve content objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Content Marketer.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful content strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Leadership qualities and experience in managing a team.
• Analytical skills and results-orientation.
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus, but not required.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
