Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient blockchain architectures.
Manage and mentor a team of blockchain developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Oversee the development of smart contracts, dApps, and integration with existing gaming systems.
Ensure the security and integrity of all blockchain-related developments.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmap.
Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain technologies, trends, and best practices.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Requirements

Strong background in blockchain development, with hands-on experience in various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Avalanche).
Proficiency in smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, etc.) and understanding of Web3 technologies.
Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of developers.
Strong understanding of cryptography, distributed systems, and decentralized architectures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
