As a Lead AI Engineer, you'll be a key architect for the Mentor product line, focusing on scaling 'Enterprise Vibe Coding' for global organizations. This role bridges the gap between raw LLM capabilities and deterministic, production-grade software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Agentic Frameworks like Langgraph, LlamaIndex, and Langchain to build autonomous workflows.
• Implement eval-driven development using Langsmith and MLflow to ensure AI reliability.
• Leverage RAG, tool calling, and in-context learning to guide LLMs through complex coding tasks.
• Mentor others, influence product strategy, and shape how the next generation of developers interacts with code.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree
• 5-10 years of experience
• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
• Experience with In-Context Learning and Prompt Engineering.
• Skills in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Tool Calling.
• Knowledge of LLM Agents and Eval-Driven Development.
• Strong Software Engineering background, preferably with Python.
• Familiarity with Langchain, Langgraph, LlamaIndex, Langsmith, Databricks, and MLflow.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker.
