About the Position
Introduction
As a Launch Partner, Readiness at Cash App, you will join the Readiness team within the Cash Customer Operations (CCO) organization. The CCO team encompasses all customer-facing teams and their support functions. Readiness focuses on ensuring preparedness for growth initiatives that impact the CCO team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in preparing for and managing the execution of specific Cash growth initiatives affecting the broader CCO Organization. You will act as the primary contact for CCO teams during initiative launches, possessing a strong understanding of business needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, and an execution master who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Gain a thorough understanding of all assigned growth initiatives.
- Visualize how initiatives will impact current processes for involved teams, define areas requiring attention/change, and document them accordingly.
- Create/update process maps and highlight process considerations as growth initiatives scale beyond initial launch.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across CCO (Data/Analytics, L&D, Behavioral Insights, Risk Operations, Internal Systems, etc.) to understand considerations and impact on their teams regarding assigned growth initiatives.
- Own the execution and updates of the Readiness playbook for assigned growth initiatives.
- Develop mechanisms to collect early feedback from internal CCO stakeholders upon initiative launch. Quickly assess inputs, problem-solve, and involve the appropriate cross-functional team members to resolve issues.
- Effectively inform and handoff responsibilities to Change Management (CM), Voice of Customer (VOC), and other CCO teams post-initiative launch as defined by the Readiness playbook.
- Contribute to regular readouts on behalf of the Readiness team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Operations, preferably with market launch experience.
- Strong technical acumen, comfortable with ambiguity, and adept at asking the right questions to assess impact.
- Involvement in product launches related to customer experience and impact.
- Thoughtful communicator with the ability to explain operationally complex problems and translate technical product terminology to various stakeholders.
- Experience with JIRA, Asana, Looker, Tableau, Excel, or similar project management and data tools.
- Comfortable managing stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build strong partnerships.
- Experience gathering requirements, working with PMO functions, and executing key project tasks.
- Exceptional and proactive problem solver, comfortable diving deep to understand, partner, and problem-solve.
