Symbioisis is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Korean-Speaking Community Manager to engage and grow our Korean community across various social platforms. This remote, freelance position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a rapidly evolving blockchain project, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for our users.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with Symbioisis's Korean community members on Telegram and Discord, providing prompt and professional support and addressing inquiries.
• Strategically grow both the Telegram and Discord communities, increasing engagement and membership.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive community atmosphere by moderating discussions, organizing events, and hosting AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions).
• Translate and create short announcements and updates from English to Korean, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Collaborate effectively with the global community management team to align on strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in both Korean and English (written and verbal) is essential.
• Prior experience in community management or social media moderation within the blockchain or crypto space is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport.
• Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, and other popular social platforms.
• A strong passion for blockchain technology and a desire to foster engaged communities.

• Existing database of potential clients or the ability to advertise services and communities across personal communication channels.
