Introduction

Symbioisis is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Korean-Speaking Community Manager to join our rapidly growing blockchain project. You will be instrumental in engaging and supporting our Korean-speaking community across Telegram and Discord, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with Korean community members on Telegram and Discord, promptly and professionally addressing inquiries and providing support.
• Drive growth and engagement within both Telegram and Discord communities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere by organizing and moderating discussions, events, and Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions.
• Translate and create short announcements and updates from English to Korean.
• Collaborate with the global community management team to align strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both Korean and English (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, and other social platforms.
• Passionate about blockchain technology and fostering engaged communities.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in community management or social media moderation within the blockchain/crypto space.
• Having your own database of potential clients or the ability to advertise our services and communities across personal communication channels.
