Are you skilled at empathizing with and resolving technical issues for others? We are looking for you! Our client, a fast-growing scale-up in Zoetermeer, is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Support Specialist. You will join a young and dynamic team of five dedicated Support Specialists, a Support Manager, and a Product Owner.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers with technical questions and problems. These can range from simple software inquiries to more complex system operation issues. You will analyze incoming requests, provide direct answers, or escalate problems to a senior colleague. You are an essential link between the customer and the technical department, contributing to high customer satisfaction. Your work will primarily involve the ticketing system, but telephone contact is also part of your daily tasks. You will proactively contribute ideas for optimizing processes and customer service.

Requirements

• MBO 4 / HBO (Dutch vocational or higher professional education) working and thinking level
• Affinity with IT and software
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing (a must)
• Good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing
• Communicative, customer-oriented, and stress-resistant
• Proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
• A team player who is eager to learn
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
