As a Junior Recruiter, you will learn the recruitment profession from A to Z and develop into a compelling matchmaker for IT professionals. You ensure that talent ends up in the right place and actively build your own network.

Responsibilities

• Writing attractive job descriptions.
• Actively searching and approaching candidates via various online platforms.
• Conducting telephone and personal interviews.
• Assessing candidates for skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Guiding candidates through the application process, from initial contact to placement.
• Participating in intensive in-house Tech training sessions and receiving ample guidance to quickly develop your skills.

Requirements

• Minimum HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
• Completed HBO education or MBO 4 (secondary vocational education) supplemented with commercial experience.
• Commercial experience is a plus.
• Availability of 32 - 40 hours per week.
• Good command of the Dutch language, due to communication with clients and colleagues.
• A good dose of guts and energy.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

• Starting salary between €3,000 and €3,500 gross per month, depending on your experience (based on 40 hours per week).
