Introduction

Are you looking for an opportunity to apply your expertise to make an impact through the automation and optimization of delivering hundreds of thousands of orders per day? Do you want to collaborate with 7 other developers and the most experienced architect in the organization? Then this is your chance!

Responsibilities

As a Junior PHP Developer, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of complex back-end applications crucial for automated order processing. You will work in an agile team of 8 developers, including the company's most experienced architect, and collaborate closely with the product owner and testers. Your tasks will include:

• Designing new features
• Optimizing existing functionalities
• Ensuring the scalability and stability of systems

Requirements

• Completed HBO/WO degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience as a PHP Developer.
• Experience with PHP 8+, Symfony, MySQL, and Docker.
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset.
• A team player with strong communication skills.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of RabbitMQ and Azure Cloud.
