Introduction

As a Junior Microsoft 365 Consultant at Ictivity, you will help organizations make optimal use of Microsoft 365's capabilities. You will work alongside experienced consultants on challenging projects, learning to translate business processes into smart digital solutions.

Our clients are primarily in healthcare, government, or housing corporations. No two days are the same: one day you might be working on a Teams environment, the next you'll be brainstorming a process that can be automated with the Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and setting up Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Optimizing the use of Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
• Developing simple solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
• Applying Microsoft Copilot to help users work smarter and more efficiently.
• Conducting workshops, training sessions, and providing user guidance.
• Gathering client requirements and advising on suitable Microsoft solutions.

Requirements

• A completed or nearly completed HBO ICT degree.
• Interest in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot.
• Enjoy combining technology with business processes.
• Curious, eager to learn, and committed to continuous personal development.
• Excellent communication skills with colleagues and clients.
• A team player who takes initiative.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

• Salary of €3,000 - €4,000 gross per month, commensurate with your experience.
