Introduction

Are you a recent IT graduate with a passion for IT support and looking for a challenging role with growth opportunities? Experis is seeking an enthusiastic IT talent to join their team in Amstelveen. This role offers variety, continuous learning, and a clear path for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to end-users, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Address and resolve IT issues efficiently, such as forgotten passwords.
• Register problems and implement appropriate solutions.
• Educate end-users on understanding and resolving common IT issues for future prevention.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless IT operations.

Requirements

• Internship experience within an IT Service Desk environment.
• IT-related MBO 3 or 4 diploma.
• Knowledge of TOPdesk, Windows 10, Office365, and Active Directory.
• Proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
