As a Junior IT Business Developer, you will be the driving force behind generating new IT assignments for our clients in the dynamic IT secondment sector. You will actively engage in acquisition and expand our network of clients and partners. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from lead generation and initial contact to successfully closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Actively acquire and develop new business: Proactively seek new IT assignments for our clients and build lasting relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Manage the sales process: Oversee the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal creation, and negotiations.
• Conduct market research and analysis: Identify market opportunities and translate them into concrete sales strategies.
• Perform relationship management: Maintain contact with existing clients to understand their needs and create new opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the team to deliver the best solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Completed HBO/WO education, preferably in a commercial or IT-related field.
• Demonstrable affinity with IT and a desire to further develop in this area.
• Excellent communicative and social skills.
• Commercially driven and results-oriented.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Good command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• In possession of a valid driving license B.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
