Introduction

Are you looking to work with a SaaS product used daily by thousands of car dealerships like Nissan, Renault, and Mazda? As a Junior Customer Support Specialist, you will help customers use a complex platform integrating CRM, websites, inventory management, and various integrations. You won't just answer questions; you'll delve into the content and learn how the system works technically and functionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of contact for customers needing assistance with the SaaS platform.
• Efficiently and courteously answer customer questions via phone and email.
• Register problems and document solutions.
• Deep dive into technical and functional aspects of the system.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum MBO 4 or HBO (Dutch equivalent of vocational or higher professional education) work and thinking level, preferably in an IT-related field.
• Some experience in a customer service or support role is a plus, but enthusiasm and eagerness to learn are more important.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English.
• Affinity with IT and software, and the drive to delve into a complex SaaS platform.
• Problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude.
• You reside in the Utrecht area.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
