To support this growth, they are looking for a Junior Business Consultant to strengthen their team. Responsibilities

As a Junior Business Consultant, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and maintaining relationships. From the initial contact to platform implementation, you will be the primary point of contact for your clients. You will work closely with various departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure solutions optimally meet client needs. Additionally, you will oversee smooth implementation and provide training and support as needed. You will act as an advisor and strategic partner, proactively identifying ways for clients to maximize the platform's potential. In short, it's a versatile and responsible role with extensive client contact and a direct impact on the organization's success!

Requirements

• Minimum of an HBO/WO (Bachelor's/Master's) degree
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a commercial B2B role
• Affinity with (SaaS) platforms is a plus
• Communicative, proactive, and client-focused
• Capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
