Introduction

Are you a Junior Business Analyst looking to work on a complex, socially relevant application while learning from experienced colleagues? Responsibilities

• Working on a large-scale, business-critical application that plays a central role within multiple business processes.
• Contributing to and executing analyses aimed at improving business processes and information provision.
• Translating business questions into practical and clear functional requirements.
• Drawing up and detailing analyses, documentation, and reports.
• Identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities within processes and information flows.
• Coordinating with various stakeholders such as business, IT, and end-users.
• Participating in Agile/Lean teams and gradually taking on more responsibility.
• Contributing to quality assurance within analyses and solutions.
• Developing yourself towards a more independent role with growth opportunities to a Medior Business Analyst.

Requirements

• HBO or WO (Bachelor's or Master's) thinking level.
• Approximately 1 year of relevant work experience in an analytical role (e.g., as a Junior Business Analyst).
• Affinity with business processes, IT, and information provision.
• Experience with or exposure to analyzing and documenting processes or requirements.
• Familiar with or interested in Agile methodologies.
• Analytically minded and communicatively skilled.
• Eager to learn and motivated to develop yourself further within the field.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Within the department, you will work with approximately 20 driven HBO and WO professionals and various external specialists who jointly build innovative solutions.
