Introduction

We are looking for a Junior All-Round Marketer to join a leading SaaS company specializing in innovative software solutions for the event industry. This is a unique opportunity to learn, develop, and make a real impact within a dynamic, fast-growing, and creative organization that encourages new ideas and initiative. You will play a crucial role in executing various marketing activities, both online and offline, collaborating closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure marketing strategies effectively contribute to company growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies (blogs, social media posts, email newsletters).
• Manage and optimize social media channels.
• Set up and analyze online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads).
• Analyze marketing data and report on results.
• Organize (online) events and webinars.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials (brochures, presentations).
• Support the sales team with marketing-related content and tools.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Higher professional education (HBO/WO) thinking and working level.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience in marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English.
• Demonstrable experience with social media marketing and content creation.
• Experience with Google Ads and/or Social Media Ads is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
• Proactive, independent, and results-oriented.
• Affinity with technology and the event industry.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
