Responsibilities

As a Junior Account Manager at Haystack People, you will focus on generating new business within a team of commercially driven professionals. You'll have the freedom to utilize your ideas, methods, and techniques to achieve significant successes, with all the necessary support. Your daily tasks will include:

• Approaching potential clients and generating new business.
• Spotting and pursuing commercial opportunities.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects.
• Ensuring high client satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
• Collaborating closely with the recruitment team.
• Preparing and presenting customized proposals.
• Maintaining administration in the CRM system.
• Staying informed about the latest market developments and trends.

Requirements

For this Junior Account Manager role, you should bring the following:

• An HBO degree (Bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences) in a commercial field.
• Minimum of 1 year of commercial work experience.
• You are ambitious, driven, strong in communication, and possess a winning mentality.
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
