Are you an ambitious IT graduate ready to make an impact at one of the most innovative scale-ups in the Netherlands? The Haystack People IT Talent Program is designed for you! This unique 12-month traineeship offers intensive guidance to develop both your hard and soft skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on challenging projects at various fast-growing tech companies.
• Explore different roles and technologies to discover your passion.
• Participate in intensive training, workshops, individual coaching, and intervision meetings.
• Engage in personal development focusing on technical skills, consultancy, and leadership.
• Build a broad professional network through diverse client assignments.

Requirements

• Maximum of two years of work experience in IT, consultancy, or a similar field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business & IT, AI, Data Science).
• Proactive, eager to learn, and a strong drive for continuous self-development.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Based in or around Utrecht.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Benefits

• One-year contract for 32-40 hours per week.
• Salary between €2,750 – €3,500 per month.
