IT Support Specialist (SaaS)

Our client is a rapidly growing international SaaS company based in Amsterdam, specializing in providing an innovative platform to its customers. They are looking for a driven IT Support Specialist with a passion for SaaS to contribute to the company's continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Analyze and resolve complex IT issues.
• Advise customers on the use and functionalities of the SaaS platform.
• Document solutions and FAQs.
• Contribute to the improvement of support processes and tools.
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve bugs and bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT Support role (1st/2nd line).
• Affinity with SaaS solutions and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and resilient to stress.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
• MBO+/HBO (vocational/higher professional education) work and thinking level.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
