Are you looking for a role as an IT Support employee at a dynamic, young, and growing company in the Automotive sector? Then look no further! For a Haystack People client, active in the Automotive industry, we are seeking a proactive and driven IT Support employee. As an IT Support employee, you will be central to daily IT operations and contribute to a seamless IT infrastructure for the entire organization. You will work closely with the team and report to the IT Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to users (hardware, software, network issues).
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, phones, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
• Configure, maintain, and monitor network components (switches, routers, firewalls).
• Contribute to the implementation of new IT systems and software.
• Document IT procedures and manuals.
• Actively participate in optimizing IT processes.
• Manage hardware and software for various branches in the Automotive sector.

Requirements

• Completed an MBO IT education or equivalent through work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Proactive and eager to learn attitude.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
• Familiarity with configuring and maintaining network components (switches, routers, firewalls).
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
• In possession of a B driving license.
• Residing in the Eindhoven region.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
