Responsibilities

• Monitor IT systems and provide 24/7 information to responsible DevOps teams.
• Deliver 1st-line infrastructure services to internal stakeholders.
• Report malfunctions and incidents.
• Participate in relevant training programs.
• Identify and propose improvements based on developments in the Infrastructure domain.
• Work in shifts (morning, afternoon, and evening).

Requirements

• Understanding of Windows or Linux environments.
• Completed courses related to IT support.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies.
• Strong communication skills; not afraid to ask questions, share opinions, and provide feedback.
• Team player eager to grow professionally.
• A positive and proactive personality.
• Proven affinity and/or knowledge of IT is a must.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
