Introduction

Responsibilities

• Resolve and register 1st and 2nd line IT incidents.
• Analyze and prioritize disruptions.
• Support users via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Collaborate with specialists for more complex issues.
• Work in a flexible, continuous shift schedule with ample free time.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience on an IT service desk.
• Customer-oriented, analytical, and stress-resistant.
• Willingness to work in a continuous shift schedule.
• Valid B driving license.
• Willingness to undergo an AIVD screening (Dutch intelligence and security service).
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
