IT Service Desk Employee - Ministry of Defence

Responsibilities

• Together with your team, you will be responsible for all first-line IT questions and issues.
• You will register incidents, resolve them, and escalate if necessary.
• If required, you will provide on-site support.
• You will provide remote support for various IT-related matters, ensuring a lot of variety in your work.

Requirements

• A completed MBO level 4 ICT education.
• The right mentality and strong motivation to work at the Ministry of Defence.
• A valid driver's license B.
• Strong communication skills combined with a strong analytical ability.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to undergo a screening procedure.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
