IT Project Manager

Introduction

As an IT Project Manager at Team Rockstars IT, you will be the driving force behind successful IT projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and completing projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with talented teams of developers, engineers, and other IT professionals to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will ensure clear communication with all stakeholders, manage project budgets and timelines, and anticipate potential risks and challenges. You have a passion for technology and are continuously looking for ways to optimize processes and improve quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of IT projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, planning, and budget.
• Lead and motivate project teams and ensure efficient task allocation.
• Manage communication with stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Monitor project progress and report to management.
• Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience in leading complex IT projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Relevant HBO/WO degree (Bachelor's/Master's degree).
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and stress-resistant.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
