Responsibilities

As the IT Project Manager / Product Owner, you will be the driving force behind the development and optimization of the digital media platform. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical possibilities, ensuring the product continuously meets user expectations and strategic goals. Your responsibilities include:

• Lead projects from initiation to completion, focusing on timely delivery, budget management, and quality assurance.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the strategic roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, designers, and other stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Monitor market trends and user feedback to identify new opportunities for product innovation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related questions and decisions.
• Ensure successful implementation and adoption of new features and functionalities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management and/or product ownership within a digital environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products/platforms.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
