Introduction

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a knack for implementing MES systems in production environments? Responsibilities

• Lead the full implementation of MES systems within agreed KPIs.
• Develop project proposals, including budgeting, timelines, and resource planning.
• Coordinate internal and external project members and stakeholders.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and progress reporting.
• Advise on improving project and portfolio management.
• Connect IT, engineering, and production teams for digitalization initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with PLM and MES implementations in production environments.
• Demonstrable knowledge of MOM/MES, PLM, ERP, and integration with shopfloor systems.
• Insight into logistical and supply chain processes within an MES context.
• Experience with Bill of Process, Bill of Information, or similar concepts.
• Strong communication skills and experience with change management.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Experience with leading MES vendors.
• Knowledge of Assembly-driven production environments.

Benefits

• Salary between €5,000 and €6,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours).
• 25 vacation days and 13 ATV days (additional leave days).
• Travel allowance of €0.23/km (max. €300 per month).
• €50 per month contribution towards healthcare costs.
