Introduction

As an IT Project Manager / Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects to our clients. You will be responsible for effectively planning, organizing, and managing projects from start to finish, collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within established timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Apply the latest methodologies in (agile) project management.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and provide proactive advice to clients.
• Identify and understand client needs and expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
• Oversee project execution and ensure all involved parties are aware of their responsibilities.
• Identify risks and proactively propose solutions to overcome potential obstacles.
• Report to senior management on project progress and any bottlenecks.
• Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Manage resources and ensure teams perform optimally.
• Evaluate project results and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience (at least 2 years) as a PMO, IT Project Manager, or consultant in the IT domain, preferably in a consultancy environment.
• Excellent knowledge of the latest project management methods and tools.
• Experience and ambition to make a difference at the interface between business and IT.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate teams.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications such as IPMA/PMP/PRINCE2 are a plus.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
