Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT and change projects from initiation to implementation.
• Translate business needs into concrete project objectives and solutions.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Monitor planning, budget, scope, quality, and project risks.
• Build support and guide implementation and adoption processes within the organization.
• Liaise with stakeholders at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
• Prepare and manage tender processes where necessary.
• Report on progress, risks, and results to management and steering committees.
• Work on diverse digitalization projects, including ERP, supply chain, and innovation issues.
• Apply Agile methodologies where they contribute to successful project execution.

Requirements

• Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Project Leader in complex IT and change projects.
• Experience with stakeholder management in both business and IT environments.
• Experience with implementation, change, and adoption processes.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to bring together various interests and build consensus.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP environments and/or S/4HANA.
• Experience with supply chain, logistics, or operational processes.
• Experience within production, asset-intensive, or utility environments.
• Affinity with digitalization, innovation, and AI.

Benefits

• Gross monthly salary between €6,000 and €7,700 based on a 40-hour full-time employment, depending on knowledge and experience.
