IT Project Coordinator

Introduction

Are you a Project Controller/IT Project Coordinator eager to drive the successful execution of ambitious plans within a rapidly growing SaaS scale-up? This role focuses on ensuring initiatives move beyond discussions and presentations to actual implementation within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, including scope, planning, budget, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Report project status to stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks, proposing effective solutions.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings.
• Ensure clear communication among all involved parties.
• Contribute to the continuous professionalization of project management within the organization.
• Manage financial planning and monitoring of projects (project control), including budget management and reporting.

Requirements

• Completed HBO/WO education in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a SaaS/Tech environment.
• Demonstrable experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect people.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with financial project monitoring (project control) and capable of managing and reporting on budgets.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
