IT Operations Manager

Introduction

Join an ambitious eHealth ScaleUp that develops e-commerce platforms focused on improving people's well-being and making self-care more accessible. In this brand-new, central role within the IT department, you will report directly to the CTO and work closely with Software Engineers, a Product Owner, a Product Marketeer, and a Scrum Master. You'll be a driven generalist responsible for operational excellence and the stability of the entire IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and monitor IT systems and infrastructure (Azure).
• Optimize operational processes and procedures.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement and monitor security protocols.
• Coordinate incident management and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with development teams for seamless implementation of new functionalities.
• Manage vendor relationships and licenses.
• Establish and monitor budgets for IT operations.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Completed HBO/WO degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in IT Operations, preferably in an (eHealth) SaaS environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure Cloud services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and principles.
• Strong communicative skills and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
