About the Position

Introduction

Are you ready to connect complex production environments at the intersection of IT, OT, and manufacturing? We are seeking both Medior and Senior IT Integration Specialists with experience in system integrations and a keen interest in working with technologies like SQL, Windows Server, Kubernetes, Docker, and industrial protocols for an international technical organization.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and manage integration solutions between machines, production systems, MES/MOM solutions, and other IT applications.
Implement and optimize data flows and connections using protocols such as OPC/UA, MQTT, REST, and Modbus.
Manage and support applications within Windows Server, SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes environments.
Analyze and resolve technical disruptions, monitor performance, availability, and reliability within business-critical production environments.
Translate business and production needs into technical solutions, collaborating with international specialists in integration, MES/MOM, security, and IT Operations.

Requirements

HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level with relevant experience in complex IT integrations.
Experience with Windows Server, SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of industrial integrations and protocols such as OPC/UA, MQTT, REST, and Modbus.
Experience within manufacturing, production, or a comparable complex OT environment.
Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and manage technical issues from design to implementation and maintenance.
Proficient in English and willing to travel occasionally.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Benefits

A position for 32 to 40 hours per week.
For the Medior position: a gross monthly salary of approximately €3,603 - €5,229, depending on knowledge and experience.
For the Senior position: a gross monthly salary up to approximately €7,000, depending on knowledge and experience.
40 days off for full-time employment (27 vacation days and 13 ADV days).

You will be part of an international Integration team responsible for the further development and support of the integration landscape. The team works on connections between the shop floor and the central IT environment, supporting various production facilities in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and beyond.

The environment is technically complex and strongly focused on manufacturing. This means you will deal with both traditional IT technology and OT, machines, and production automation. Experience in manufacturing is therefore valuable, but experience with other complex OT environments is also highly relevant.

Within the team, there is a strong emphasis on independent work. You will have the opportunity to tackle technical issues autonomously and guide solutions from design to implementation and management. At the same time, you will collaborate with international colleagues and various technical disciplines.
