Introduction

Bynder is looking for an IT Engineering Intern to join their Global IT Team in Amsterdam. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT operations, from daily problem-solving to developing the IT landscape within a fast-growing digital asset management company.

Responsibilities

• Help users with IT work environment issues (mainly macOS).
• Troubleshoot network problems (mainly Cisco).
• Configure and maintain G-suite and SSO environments.
• Assist with webinars and global meetings.
• Set up and maintain all IT equipment.
• Participate in the asset management lifecycle (provision, maintain, restore, etc.).
• Simplify identity and access management infrastructure (SSO).
• Work primarily in the Amsterdam office.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a Dutch university throughout the entire internship duration.
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship starting from September 2026.
• Must be already based in The Netherlands.
• Pursuing an education in IT or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong motivation to help others and learn new things.
• Four days a week in the office, with a fifth day on request if needed.

Nice to Have

• Motivated, proactive, independent, and organized self-starter.
• Service-oriented with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with G-suite, Okta, and Apple devices.
