Responsibilities

Implement IT projects with a growing emphasis on AI, MDM, IPS, VPN, Zoom technology, Slack, Atlassian, Google Workspace, and Cisco Meraki.
Maintain an "Always Connected" standard for colleagues and offices, including managing internet, laptops, meeting hardware/software, AV systems, and peripherals.
Contribute to future ambitions in network authentication, onboarding/offboarding automation and support, and monitoring.
Organize the purchase of hardware and software.
Continuously evaluate user needs and system functionality.
Simplify identity and access management infrastructure.
Participate in the asset management lifecycle (provision, maintain, etc.).
Provide on-site hardware, infrastructure, application, and network support in the Amsterdam office.
Contribute actively to organizational policies regarding quality standards and strategic planning.

Requirements

On-premise commitment to our Amsterdam office.
A collaborative, "let’s do this!" mentality.
Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem. (Windows and/or Linux experience is a plus).
Documented experience and emphasis on platform integrations with Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, Atlassian, Netsuite, and Bettercloud.
Moderate networking comprehension and application experience.
