IT Business Coordinator

We are seeking an IT Business Coordinator to be the crucial link between our technical teams and business processes, both internally and externally. You'll use your technical insight and excellent communication skills to manage projects successfully and provide optimal service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical projects from start to finish, including planning and monitoring.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external clients and internal colleagues regarding IT solutions and processes.
• Advise clients on best practices, the latest technologies, and how to maximize the value of our data solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks and process improvements, translating them into concrete actions for the technical team.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for new projects and contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements

• HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role, such as IT Business Analyst, IT Project Coordinator, Business Consultant, or Application Administrator.
• Strong affinity with data and IT, and the ability to translate complex technical information into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum/Agile) is a plus.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
